PREMIER AU PAIRS is an Au Pair Agency founded in 2006 based in Seville (Spain). We have a wide and rewarding experience in placing au pairs in both the European Union and Spain.
PREMIER AU PAIRS is directed by Victoria Eugenia Villa. She herself was an au pair during several years in the United Kingdom, Belgium and France.
Our director was honored in 2006 with the award "Terión in Igualdad”, awarded by the Asociación de Mujeres Empresarias de Sevilla (Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Seville) and in 2007 received the "Young Entrepreneur 2006", awarded by the Asociación de Jóvenes Empresarios de Sevilla (Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Seville).
Our team have been either an au pair or a host family and, therefore, they know both sides of the business and are able of understand the needs and expectations of both families and au pairs.
As a family run business, we work closely together to provide a reliable and personal service. At the same time, we are devoted in providing an excellent service characterized by our professionalism and integrity.
Our Agency takes great care to thoroughly understand the needs of the families and what the au pairs are looking for to ensure the smoothest placements as possible and that is a happy experience for both parties.
We are very selective with all prospective host families and au pairs hence we assure you that not all of them are accepted by our Agency.
We work very closely with the best and most reliable European au pair agencies to offer to our host families and au pairs a fast, efficient and high quality service.
Our au pairs are thoroughly vetted and interviewed; they must provide childcare and character references, studies certificates, medical report, police clearance and photographs. Au pairs coming from our partner agencies must provide the same documentation.
From families registered with us, we request passport or ID card, work and personal references and pictures. Those families sent by our partner agencies have been interviewed by them and provide all relevant references and pictures.
Our team will be happy to assist you in a personal, friendly and, at the same time, professional way, in the shortest possible time to your entire satisfaction. Our clients can contact us with their concerns and we will be able to rapidly resolve problems in a fair and considerate manner. A real person will be at the other end of the telephone at any time you may need our assistance.
Our multilingual team is able to assist you in Spanish, English and French and all our information material is available in these languages.
