The Agency will send you profiles of those candidates that we believe could best match with your requirements. If you were not interested in any of these candidates, please let us know that you want to continue receiving more profiles.

If the Agency forward you profiles by postal mail, you must send back those that you do not need.

Please be aware that the Agency may forward the dossier of the same applicants to more than one family at the same time and also that these applicants would be registered with other agencies. Consequently, it is recommended that you inform us, as soon as possible, the name of the candidates you want to get in touch with.

You can telephone the Agency at any time, even outside office hours, should you need any assistance or wish to discuss something about the proposed applicants.
Upon request of the family, the Agency will proceed to arrange phone or Skype calls with the applicants of their preference in order to help them to take a decision and make a firm offer to their preferred applicant.

Please, be aware that applicants are not usually used to speak your language, so please, speak clear and slowly.

When the families select one of our au pairs and they want to make her a firm offer, they must inform the Agency within 24 hours since another family may be interested on her as well and we cannot reserve the candidates available.

The Agency will send to the families a sample letter of invitation/agreement between host families and au pairs for them to do the letter to the applicant they had chosen with their specific offer.

We will call the Host Family just after the arrival of the Au Pair to check whether she has arrived safely. We will make a follow up phone call after two weeks to check that both parties are getting on well.

We give a guarantee of one month, during which and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, if necessary, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

The Agency cannot guarantee the nationality of the replacement. However, the families may not judge the character and suitability of an Au Pair by her nationality.

You should know that is only after the families had talked with the applicants whose profile they liked, when they make a firm offer to the applicant of their choice. The Agency will inform the applicant on the family decision within 24 hours.

You can telephone the Agency at any time should you need assistance or wish to discuss something about your application or families.

Clients should contact with the Agency regularly by email or telephone after they had sent their Application Form and deposit, so that, throughout the handling time, we can be sure that they are still interested in being a Host Family or an Au Pair.

Clients shall inform the Agency of any change that might occur on the information in their application.
